Bust Measurement:

• Wear a non-padded bra.
• Stand straight with your arms at your sides.
• Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.
• Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. Take the measurement.

Underbust Measurement:

• Measure directly under your bust where the band of the bra would sit.
• Keep the tape snug but not too tight. Take the measurement.

Waist Measurement:

• Locate the narrowest part of your waist, typically above your belly button and below your ribcage.
• Wrap the tape around this area, keeping it parallel to the ground.
• Ensure the tape is snug but not constricting. Take the measurement.

Hip Measurement:

• Find the widest part of your hips.
• Wrap the tape around this area, ensuring it covers the fullest part of your buttocks.
